US singer Bruce Springsteen has shared a heartfelt tribute following the death of legendary music executive Clive Davis at the age of 94, remembering him as someone who had a lasting impact on his life and career.

“He changed my life,” Springsteen said, reflecting on the influence Davis had during his rise in the music industry.

Davis built one of the most influential careers in entertainment, helping launch and shape the success of artists across multiple generations and genres. Over a career spanning more than five decades, he worked with major names including Whitney Houston, Patti Smith and Bruce Springsteen.

Reports said Davis was hospitalized in May due to an upper respiratory condition and was later discharged. He had also been diagnosed with Bell’s palsy in 2021.

Following confirmation of his passing by family members on Monday, tributes from artists and industry figures poured in, celebrating Davis as a visionary executive whose influence transformed modern music.
